Replacement Policy

Bewakoof.com   want you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from Bewakoof Brands.
We understand that a lot of you may be buying from us for the first time, and might have concerns around
purchasing products whose fit or material you may not be sure of. Our replacement policy guidelines takes care of
all that. Read on to know more ( we want you to know we value you and that's why there's absolutely no
"fineprint"! ).

• All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Our Quality Assurance team will take the final call on whether to approve or reject a return.

NOTE:  Refund is NOT available for Cash On Delivery.

FAQ's

• 1.1  When can I replace ?

You can replace any products ordered from Bewakoof.com within 15 days of delivery. Returned products
must be unused and unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.
To ensure that your returns are accepted by our Quality team, please ensure you take adequate measures to
ensure your product trial does not affect the original condition of the products in any way.

• 1.2  How long will the entire process take ?

Once your replace request has been placed, it usually takes about 2 or 3 days to organize a pickup (at
the moment, only for Mumbai). Allow for about 3 - 4 days for delivery to Bewakoof.com .  In case you are
shipping the product back on your own, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier.

• 1.3  Do I get charged for couriering products ?

We do not charge any fees for pickups arranged for, and serviced by us. In case you ship your return
product back to us yourself, the courier charges upto Rs 99 would be reimbursed to compensate to some extent
the inconvenience caused to you. We request you to provide us the image copy of the bill stating the amount you
paid for couriering the old product to my office address. That said, we do encourage you to use our logistics
services for replacements as that allows us to track your consignments and process your request much faster.
While the pickup services provided by Bewakoof.com  Logistics are currently available in Mumbai, we are ramping
up our operations rapidly to extend our services in several other key metros very shortly.

• 1.4  How will I be refunded for the shipping ?

For the prepaid order the courier charges will get credited back into your account directly and for the Cash
on Delivery order you have to provide us the bank details for the refund.
